Purchase Policy

Since we offer digital products and are not authorized sellers, it’s important to clarify what we can do in case of any issues.

As these are digital products, you will need to complete payment before receiving the product. If you have trust concerns, we encourage you to carefully check our community, website, and page before making a decision. Typically, we provide instant product delivery after payment, but for some products, delivery may take a minimum of 1 hour and up to 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy:
Refund amount = (Paid amount ÷ Subscription days) × Remaining days × 0.8

Please note that once a product has been delivered, refunds are not applicable. Once again, no refunds will be given once the order or delivery is confirmed. Refunds will only be applicable if we fail to deliver the product.

If you encounter any issues with a product in the future after purchase, we will provide full warranty, Insha’Allah. However, some products have specific warranty periods, and if that period has passed, we will no longer be able to offer a warranty. Additionally, if any policy violations occur after delivery, such as breaking our usage rules, we will not be able to honor the warranty.

If a replacement product or account cannot be provided under warranty, you will be able to choose another product from our website. This will be limited to one product only.

For example, if you purchase Skillshare access for 99 BDT and complete even one course, you will have gained 5 times the value, as a single course typically costs around $14. Many of our customers have already left 2-3 reviews on our page inbox or review section, so feel free to check them out.

Exchange Policy

We will only provide a refund or an equivalent product if we fail to deliver the original product.

Once a product has been used for a certain period, it cannot be exchanged for another. However, we have found very few issues with our products, and when problems do arise, we usually resolve them through our warranty. Please note that if the product is listed as “lifetime,” it will come with a 1-year warranty.
